Buğra Erol

Multidisciplinary artist Buğra Erol works on the photographic images he acquired through his interventions in daily scenes using deformation and alienation techniques. The artist selects his artistic form, technique and medium according to the needs of the ideas, so it consists of paintings, drawings, three-dimensional objects, installations, videos and street art works. His artworks also point to his stance against environmental crime as a serious activist by critically reviewing our problematic position in the world in various psychological and socio-political dimensions.

He was born in Adana, Turkey in 1986, graduated from Fine Arts at Yeditepe Uni. in 2012. He lives and works between Berlin and Istanbul.
